It is hardly a strong distinguishing feature for a German girl in this day and age nor does it particularly set her apart from most of the women I know, but three days after the blonde sister and I recognised the ability to speak English as a most important quality which any woman I could possibly be interested in simply must possess, it is kinda funny that she happens to walk in here just now introducing the foreign cow orker in just that language and leaves me deeply impressed – nay, swooning nearly – at the sound of it.

(Of course, in an entry superscribed "Flawless English" there is bound to be at least one huge spelling or grammar mistake that I am completely going to miss in proofreading. Enjoy. [No, "cow orker" is correct.])

PPS, 26th September: Or, indeed, a huge example of bad style. Such as talking about an anonymous (ha!) "her" while mentioning "the blonde sister." Anyone who doesn’t know the back story must think I just discovered that Gesine speaks English. Frak.
